Richard E. Korb, who heads the firm, is a seasoned attorney with over 30 years of experience representing individuals and companies of all shapes and sizes in a broad spectrum of court cases and other legal matters. Richard leverages his vast experience in the big firm world as a senior counsel and advisor to major companies to now help individuals and smaller businesses. Since we do not have the overhead or costs associated with a big firm, we can deliver one-on-one senior attorney-client service and personal attention each step of the way. Richard will take the time to analyze your individual situation and guide you, and no matter is too small.

Superior Credentials and Training: Richard graduated from the University of California at Berkeley, Phi Beta Kappa with highest honors in Political Science and Public Policy and received his J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of the Law, where he was a contributing editor to the Hastings International Law Review and a finalist in Moot Court. After serving as a partner in a major law firm and as senior counsel for public companies, Richard decided to open up his own firm—focusing on individuals as well as companies.

Affordability: Because we keep our overhead low we are very affordable, about half the cost of a lawyer of similar experience at a big firm.
